This is my first visit to the Golgi Clinic
Welcome! You probably have a few questions about Naturopathic Medicine and what to expect. May we suggest you read through the FAQ page first. If you still have questions, please give us a call, (406) 541-8886.

To streamline your first visit, please download and complete the appropriate form to the right prior to your first appointment.
If you do not have access to a printer, or cannot open the documents (PDF format), please contact the clinic; we’re happy to mail the forms.

Skype is free video-conferencing software that you can use anywhere you have an internet connection.
Skype allows users (with a camera & microphone) to see and speak to each other over the internet.
